Thank you for shopping with XDGE. Below you’ll find important information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.


 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Please note: During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: [7-10 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping: [3-5 business days]

  • International Shipping (currently unavailable, coming soon).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


 

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.


 

4. International Shipping

Currently International shipping is unavailable. If you would like to request an order that requires international shipping, please submit a request to support@xdgesports.com


 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

XDGE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • XDGE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us (support@xdgesports.com) and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

  • For stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly and file a report with local authorities if necessary.


 

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. We will evaluate and offer an exchange if appropriate.
